Hi I am Bob Marquedant, your Local Realtor for 25 years. Bio:
My wife Lynn and I live in Hopkinton on Lake Whitehall which is a sizable reservoir in the
Woodville section of town. We built our home in 2005-06. See photos
We just celebrated our 10th anniversary in Grand Cayman in October.  See photos.
Lynn is active in the Lions Club, local Quilters Guild and occassionally teaches
classes at the Cultural Arts Society in town.
Bob is a member of the Eastern Mass. Guild of Woodworkers  See website

We typically vacation on Martha’s Vineyard and St. Maartin when we are not working
seven days a week. We work hard to give our clients the attentive service they deserve.
